The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the conditions of use of the Website toledomonumental.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”), owned by ARCHBISHOP OF TOLEDO, (hereinafter referred to as ARCHBISHOP), with NIF R4500002C, domiciled at Calle Arco de Palacio, 3, 45002 – Toledo and which can be contacted through architoledo@architoledo.org and telephone 925224100.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about our services and activities. Its use implies full acceptance by the user of these conditions, so if you do not agree with the content of the same should refrain from using the web, as well as the services offered on it. ARCHBISHOP reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to modify, delete or include, without prior notice, new content and/or services, as well as the way in which they are presented and located and the conditions of use of the web.
The User accepts that access to and use of the website and the contents included therein takes place freely and consciously, under his or her exclusive responsibility, and consequently undertakes to:

ARCHBISHOP does not assume any responsibility nor does it have any control over the possible hyperlinks contained in the web to external contents; nevertheless, it will remove those links that include illicit contents as soon as it becomes aware of it.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
The User acknowledges that all the contents of the website and, specifically, all the information and materials, the structure, selection, arrangement and provision of its contents, programmes and development of applications used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the owner of the website or, where applicable, by third parties.
In no case shall access to them or their use by the User imply any kind of waiver, transmission or total or partial transfer of such rights, nor confer any right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate such content without the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for that purpose by ARCHBISHOP or the third party owner of the rights affected.

To purchase the TOLEDO TOURIST WRISTBAND, all you need to do is click on the access button provided for this purpose.
ARCHBISHOP reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (regarding products, services, prices, promotions and other conditions) at any time.
ARCHBISHOP will make every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time there is an error of this type, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the information about our products, and any ARCHBISHOP has made a purchase decision based on this error, ARCHBISHOP will communicate this error to the ARCHBISHOP, having the ARCHBISHOP the power to cancel the purchase without any cost on their part or adhere to the conditions and / or price again communicated.

Prices and payment
The prices indicated on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in Euros.
TOURIST WRISTBAND: 14€
UNDER 11 YEARS OF AGE: FREE ENTRANCE
REGISTERED IN TOLEDO:2€ and Sunday afternoons free entrance (In order to enjoy free entry to our monuments, you must show your ID card at the entrance or a certificate of registration. You can only enter once a day and only during the regular opening hours of each monument).
The products purchased must be paid for by one of the following methods:

- Alipay, Wechat… etc
Visa and MasterCard have developed a secure payment system in an SSL Internet environment. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorising payment over the Internet.
Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. This window is out of the control of ARCHBISHOP, being the responsibility of its Issuer any incident that may arise with the same, and you should contact your entity if you find yourself in this hypothetical case.
Shipping method and cost
When you purchase the TOLEDO TOURISTIC WISTBAND, you will receive a QR code by email (make sure you enter your email address correctly) which you can exchange for the wristband at any of the seven monuments.
Right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of the purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If, for any reason, a date has to be changed, the show in question will be moved to another date. The cancellation of the show will be the only admissible cause for the refund of the amount of the same (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).
Confidentiality
Any information communicated or made available by either party to the other or to which either party has access shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by either party for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. For any questions that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document, both parties expressly agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
